Kovu offers several group training classes throughout the day. We know the journey to becoming fit is best traveled with your peers. The CrossFit Group class gives you the instruction of a coach and the comfort of being in a group setting. Each one of our CrossFit classes are led by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer or higher. Our Coaches aim to develop an awareness with our athletes’ potential, build trust and create an atmosphere of success.
Our Classes are one hour long. That hour includes a workout brief, group warm up, a break out session where we focus on proper movement patterns for the day’s movement and we finish with the workout.
Classes are capped at 15 athletes per class. We keep a strict trainer to athlete ratio. This allows us to focus on each athlete and provide them with the instruction they need.
